Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Free Plan
Seevora offers a free account with up to 3 homepage audits per week. Free usage is account-based and may be limited, changed, or discontinued over time.
2. Pro Subscription
Seevora Pro is a monthly recurring subscription that may include expanded usage and additional features such as saved history, comparisons, exports, and deeper reporting.
3. Auto-Renewal
Your Pro subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing through the applicable payment method.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel before your next billing cycle through your billing settings if available, or by contacting support if self-service billing controls are not available yet.
5. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel, your Pro access should continue until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account may return to the free plan unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Policy
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide, in our discretion, to issue a refund in a special case such as an obvious billing error.
