Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Seevora, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Seevora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Seevora is a homepage audit product that generates AI-assisted structured reports across clarity, discoverability, AI visibility, and persuasion. Reports may include scores, summaries, issue analysis, rewrite suggestions, top fixes, quick wins, saved history, comparisons, exports, and related account features.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Seevora. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use Seevora only for lawful, authorized purposes. You may not misuse the service or use it in a way that harms Seevora, other users, or third parties.

You are responsible for the homepage URLs and any related content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit and analyze that material using the service.

You retain your rights in your own content, but you grant Seevora a limited right to process submitted URLs and related content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Seevora uses automated systems and AI-assisted processing to generate reports and suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, or unsuitable for your specific context.

You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before relying on it or implementing changes based on it.

Seevora reports are advisory and informational only. They are designed to help users review homepage messaging and positioning, not to guarantee business outcomes.

Seevora may offer both free and paid plans. Free accounts may include up to 3 homepage audits per week and may be subject to account-based limits or other restrictions.

Paid plans, including Pro, may include expanded usage and additional features such as saved history, comparisons, exports, and deeper reporting.

If you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated, Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled.

If you cancel before the next renewal date, future billing should stop and your paid access should continue through the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error or an exceptional issue, contact us and we may review the situation in our discretion.

From time to time, Seevora may grant Pro access outside standard paid billing for trials, promotions, pilot users, support resolutions, or early access.

Admin-granted or promotional access may be temporary, conditional, limited, or revocable according to the terms of the grant.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the service at any time.

The service, including its software, branding, website, and product content created by Seevora, is owned by Seevora or its licensors and is protected by law.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or Seevora intellectual property to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seevora and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100 USD.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seevora and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your submitted material, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the site, product, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
